The Caravan is situated at the popular Pinewoods Holiday Park on the Holkham Estate surrounded by pine trees in an area of outstanding natural beauty. The site is approximately ¾ mile from Wells-next-the Sea town centre. The site is a 10min walk to an unspoilt sandy beach which is famous for its multi-coloured beach huts. To the west, miles of unspoilt beach or if you prefer a pine wood walk leads from the park to Holkham Bay.
The park (www.pinewoods.co.uk) has a shop, coffee shop and laundrette. It has also has a boating lake, crazy golf course and trampoline area. There is a children’s playground and a miniature railway from the park to Wells town centre .
Our 3 bedroom / 8 berth caravan is privately owned and is light and modern. There is a shower room with wc and also a separate wc. As it is only 2 years old it offers all modern comforts including double glazing, central heating and a cosy gas fire which means it is available for hire from March through to December.
